2. What I GET U WELL is

I GET U WELL is a smoking-reduction and self-help tool intended to help adult smokers gradually reduce their cigarette consumption at a pace they choose, through features such as habit tracking, a personal reduction plan, progress tracking, and craving support.

I GET U WELL is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and does not prescribe or provide medical treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not guarantee that you will quit or reduce smoking, achieve any particular health outcome, or that the Service is clinically effective for any individual. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health or a quit plan.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adult smokers of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you're using it for your own personal, lawful use.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the decisions you make using information from the Service, including any decisions about your smoking habits or health. The Service is a self-help tool, not personalized medical guidance — if you have questions about a health condition, medication, or a quit plan suited to your situation, speak with a healthcare professional.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

5. Optional accounts

Creating an account is entirely optional. The core app works fully without one, with your information stored locally on your device. If you choose to create an account, you can back up and sync eligible information to our cloud service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide (such as your email address) is accurate and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the Service only for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or website, and don't submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content through the contact form or any account features.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

We may update, modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, including for maintenance or improvements.

You can stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you can permanently delete it and your associated cloud data at any time — see Delete Your Account for how.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the Service, or where required by law.

The I GET U WELL name, logo, and website content are the property of I GET U WELL and its owners unless otherwise noted. This website was designed and developed by GreenWebBuzz.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result. As noted above, the Service is a self-help tool and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not guarantee any health outcome.

11. Limitation of liability
